Followed installation steps but feed does not show up.

Hey all,
Inserted my Facebook App Id and Secret. Inserted the pageId.
Also inserted this line in my sidebar:
<div class=”test”><?php fb_feed(); ?></div>
but the feed is not updating.

Am i missing something?
