Follower transfer

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it. I followed the instructions however I got to the end and it says only blog owners can migrate subscribers. I’m the owner…. so frustrating. :/

Make sure that you’re logged in as the WordPress.com account who created the blog or owns the blog (if ownership was transferred). If there is more than one administrator on the blog, and the tool claims you aren’t the owner, it’s probably the other administrator.

If you need help with that, I recommend getting in touch with the Jetpack folks via https://jetpack.me/contact-support/ as they can transfer the followers for you.
