Follower transfer/Jetpack help?

Hello!
4 months ago I finally took the plunge to the self hosting experience. It has been great and jetpack has been awesome. However, in the past few weeks I have been getting emails and such from people who follow saying that my new posts are no longer showing up on their feed with all the other blogs they follow. Sure enough, I signed into my .com account to see the blogs which I follow (I follow myself as well) and no posts have come up in weeks.
Any ideas with what is going on and what I can do?
