Follower/subscriber list not updating

  • Hello,

    The follower stats on my blog as tracked by Jetpack seems to have stopped updating as of a few weeks ago. The number of followers is stuck at 14 and followers who I know have subscribed don’t appear on the list. I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting Jetpack to wordpress.com but to no avail. (I posted this on WP.com but was told to post this here.)

    Any help on fixing this would be appreciated.

    Could you contact us via the following contact form, and give us some examples of email addresses that have subscribed to your blog but do not appear on your subscriber list?

    It’s worth noting that your subscribers will need to confirm their subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email they receive after sign-up. They won’t appear in your subscriber list until they confirm their subscription.
