Follow,no follow,page rank,SEO – Confused!

    Reading more and more about the follow-nofollow and the flow of the page rank, i am finally confused. First of all, i use the WordPress SEO-yoast plugin. Using a firefox addon called “NoDoFollow” i see that the internal links of the home page (categories,post links,popular posts links etc) are marked up with this tool, so i guess that they are not followed, right? Is that ok?

    The same mark up doesn’t happen to appear to some external links in the home page. For example i have the common facebook code for my fb page(meaning the code that the facebook suggests to use,not a plugin) and that is not marked up. Does this mean that it’s dofollowed? Is this right?

    Also, for charity purposes i have a flash banner with a link built in it. The whole flash is not marked up too. Is that dofollowed? Will that cause a page rank flow to the “flash link”? Will that might faced as a paid link or something like this?
