Font and Star Messed Up on Mobile Site

    Hello Team, Wonderful plugin I must say, been using it for the last 2 weeks and started exploring powerful tools within the plugin today but I have run into an issue when displaying reviews using shortcode. The particular issue happens on mobile devices and in some cases on desktop as well. Not sure what is the issue as the font and star appears very bad. Please see the screenshot and suggest how can this be fixed so that we could utilize the awesome tools.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    It is possible that there is a conflict between CusRev and another plugin or the theme. Please follow this solution to troubleshoot this issue.

    Hi There.

    Sorry for coming back so late, we tested by disabling each and every plugin except the customer reviewa and even switched to Storefront but that didn’t solve the problem.

    The font still appeared deformed and even a custom review showcase page disappeared. Kindly suggest how do we fix it as the review showcase block on homepage also looks horrible with the fonts messed up.

    In addition to the stated problem, we are also seeing shortcode on product pages as well which we didn’t insert.

    This issue stands resolved. It was an error at our end.
