Font Awesome gone from menu bar

  • I had the font awesome on the menu bar working since I set up my site a few months ago, but it seems on this last update the icons have disappeared and won’t come back. I had originally set them up using the css bar in appearance>menus page and it would look something like fa-home. Now all the fa-* have disappeared.

    Things I’ve tried already;

    -retyping the icon links into the css bar in menus
    -installing a plugin
    -deleting the plugin
    -retyping icon links again
    -deleting cache

    My site is https://www.enrichmissions.org. On the homepage on the main menu bar is where I’m referring to.

    Did you clear your cache after you updated your site?

    Hey Denzel. I’m not sure if it’s faster to talk to you here or in the support forums, but I definitely have cleared the cache, as I stated above. I’ve also disabled all plugins and re-enabled them one at a time. That made no difference.

    Did you disable shortcodes in the evolve+ update? Did the theme4press plugin malfunction? Can I reinstall it from somewhere? Can you login to my site and fix this problem?

    I’ve talked to my host and another plugin author and they both verified it’s a problem with the theme in wordpress.

    I’ve tried tweeting you, facebooking you, posting in the forums, and now in the wordpress forums. How can I have a more timely form of communication with you? Is there a live chat somewhere?

    If I’ve broken it somehow I’ll be happy to pay some fee to correct it. What I need most is better communication from theme4press.
