Font Awesome icons doesn't show up

  • In the place where should be the icons, just squares.

    This was driving me crazy, so I even re-installed wordpress without any plugin and just activating the theme, but it still doesn’t work.

    Looks like font file not loaded. Maybe, some problems with server configuration

    Your server doesn’t load files, however there are at the directory:
    https://kely.me/wp-content/themes/duena/font/fontawesome-webfont.woff
    https://kely.me/wp-content/themes/duena/font/fontawesome-webfont.ttf

    Please contact your hosting support service.

    I am my own hosting support service! HAHAH.

    Yes, the files are there. Any idea of what kind of configuration is required to make it work, or about what should I search for?

    I googled about it but didn’t find anything useful.

    I click on those file links and nothing happens…you sure the files are there…?

    I went to your directory, I am able to right click on the file: fontawesome-webfont.eot

    and save it to my computer….BUT…

    Try right clicking on:

    fontawesome-webfont.ttf

    The file is downloading…so something is wrong with that file, maybe the permissions on the file are different, maybe the file is corrupt, but from a public point of view…the file doesn’t exist.

    I don’t know if that will solve the problem (I am having trouble getting this plugin to work too), but I can say that the file is not there as indicated by the theme_author.
