Font Awesome Issue

    There is an issue with how this plugin handles SVGs from Font Awesome. ( could be others )

    Its applying a hard height/width of 750px in FireFox and a hard height/width in IE 11.

    Both are latest builds. Both work fine if you print through the browser directly.
