Font-awesome.min.css is not combined

    Hello,

    The plugin works great, thank you! ??

    But I can’t understand why https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.3.0/css/font-awesome.min.css is not combined into the Autoptimize file. It seems like it’s excluded from optimization but in the Autoptimize exclusion settings, I have only this: wp-content/cache/, admin-bar.min.css, dashicons.min.css.

    Maybe it is possible to force Autoptimize to include the file? With some hook, for example.
