Hello,

I need to remove the wp-media library uploader from wcfm registration widget process.

I want to only have uploader from local computer upload container.

The reason is I dont want users to know it is a WordPress site.

Can you please show me how to do this ?

Registration-Widget Not Working

I just installed the registration-widget plugin in my wordpress/buddypress blog. I activated the plugin. But, it’s not working. In fact, there’s nothing showing up in my sidebar that relates to registering at all. The login form is there, but as of now, I’m the only person who can post. Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this issue, or steps to take to get this working? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Forms in sidebar not working

I really hope someone can help me with this since anytime I ask a question lately I get no response and end up solving it on my own… but this one I can’t!

I have a GetResponse plugin widget in my sidebar that allows someone to subscribe at my website. I have also added a registration form widget as well. The forms for either of them are not working. I have the confirmation URL for the GR one set to https://storyboutagirl.org/thank-you/ which is a valid and working URL. When entering my email and clicking submit I am forwarded back to my homepage and nothing is added to my GR account. And the URL showing in the address bar up top comes out like this:

I thought it was the plugin. However I also added the “Registration Widget” plugin from the wordpress plugins directory and this is doing the same thing. It will not work. I have no other issues with forms in pages or posts or comments. Only my sidebar. It does not affect my search form under the squirrel however. Only ones after that. Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is?

Hi,

I am a complete novice on wordpress and am of a somewhat older generation so bear with me…
I would like to install a registration tool on my blog sidebar for visitors to register and start posting comments / articles or whatever.

I have absolutely no clue how to start. For the record I found a registration plugin with this “simple” installation directions:
1.Simply upload the registration-widget/ folder to your plugin folder, like any other plugin (SAY WHAT ?? I CAN’T EVEN FIND MY PLUGIN FOLDER)
2.Enter your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins, and activate Registration Widget as usual (AS USUAL ?)
3.Now in Presentation->Widgets there is a new one named “Registration form” that you can place in any sidebar. Use it as any other widget

HELP !
PS: Thanks for any directions !
