To add CSS: use the “Additional CSS” option in the customizer. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/CSS#Custom_CSS_in_WordPress

Why do you want to add “stylesheet.css”? Where is that file coming from?

the .zip file contains .html where this is written….

You should merge that into your style.css if you’re using a child theme or add the contents to your custom css.
