font-family menu

I think you need to set the font family on customizer > typography > Main Menu and customizer > typography > Main Menu: Dropdowns: https://i.postimg.cc/3xkXBtxp/image.png.
However, can you please share a live URL from your issue?

the problem is that both fonts I want to use are not in the themes font list.

So I have to untegrate them via custom CSS; But I cannot find the definition with the inspector; all I find is “dropdown-menu”.

How is the sunmenu font defined?
