Font not Converting on IE and Firefox browsers

Hello,
I’m using this plugin and loving it so far. I’ve recently noticed my website isn’t converting to the Gotham Bold font that’s uploaded into my website using this plugin. It seems to work on Google Chrome browsers, but not in IE or Firefox. Can you please check my website out here, https://www.lennon.com
