    I used the app to import a custom font. It was working for both desktop and mobile on the testing site and now that it is live, the mobile version of the site is not showing the custom font. I am using version 5.6 of WordPress.
    Please advise,
    Raquel

  • The same issue happened with me so Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Rocket or WP Fastest cache so please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

    @rwalman ,

    You are using CDN here and SSL as well and they are not setup correctly.

    1. Force your url to be SSL (You may use plugin like Really Simple SSL for it).
    2. Set Use Absolute Font path to Yes from Settings Tab of our plugin page.
    3. Clear or flush cache if you are using any Minify or cache or CDN plugin.

    This should fix the issue.
