Font-Resizer conflict with WordPress Backend

WP: 4.4.2
Plugin: 1.3.2
Theme: https://www.mvpthemes.com/flexmag/

Everytime i activate the plugin this message appears on the firebug:

“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – https://e-global.pt/wp-content/plugins/font-resizer/js/jquery.cookie.js?ver=4.4.2”
TypeError: jQuery.cookie is not a function
var savedSize = jQuery.cookie(‘fontSize’);

I’ve confirmed that the file “jquery.cookie.js” is in the folder.
I’ve tried to reinstall it but the problem persist.

So there seems to be a file routing problem. If the file is there, but not delivered in frontend, something with your WP is gone wrong.

It seems that nothing with plugin is wrong.
