    I am having an issue with font size changing appropriately.
    I initially used plugin TinyMCE Advanced to alter my font sizes. This worked, but was a pain to get the entire site the same font size without altering it every time.
    I then found under Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts -> Typography that I could do it here for the entire theme. However, this is not working across the entire site. Some of my pages update to it and some of them don’t.

    Questions:
    1) Is this due to me using TinyMCE Advanced already to alter the font size? I de-activated the plugin and tried again and I had the same issue.
    2) I believe my new pages are working well with the altering on typography, so should I just remake my other pages that aren’t updating and simply deactivate/not use TinyMCE?
    3) Any other reason why some pages would update to the change in typography size and others wouldn’t?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @raftingspot,

    you said changing the font sizes through the customizer isn’t working for all sites – on which pages and sections doesn’t this work properly?

    1) I’ve never used this plugin, therefore I can’t surely say it belongs together. However if you turned it off and it’s still not working, it shouldn’t because of the plugin.

    2) Let me inspect your sites before you remake them all. As I said above I need to know which pages are affected, which sections you mean and what font size you want them to be. Then I can try to find the reason why it isn’t working properly.

    3) As mentioned in 2, I need to take a look at the sections. Otherwhise I can’t really think of any reasons.

    @terrathemes,
    Sorry for the late response here.

    I have deactivated TinyMCE Advanced.
    Everything is updated on my site.
    All of my page layouts use “Page Builder” as then the “Title” of the page does not show up. I do not use the Page Builder plugin and simply just use the visual editor.
    My pages should be using H1, H2, H3, and paragraph with the following sizes based on the customizer fonts:
    H1: 36
    H2: 24
    H3: 18
    Paragraph (Body Font Size): 50
    I set the body font size to 50 to easily see the differences on the pages that it is changing and ones it is not.

    The pages that don’t update simply show large spacing like it would be 50 font, but don’t change actual size.
    A few of the pages that aren’t changing:

    Update: I do actually have TinyMCE Advanced activated as I am using it for a few other things, however, I won’t change the font until you have a chance to look at this. If you want it deactivated, let me know.

    @raftingspot,

    thank you for your detailed explanation.

    Am I correct that you wrote your texts in an document writer like Word and pasted this into the WordPress editor? All the texts that aren’t changing properly are wrapped inside of span-tags which have an inline style that sets the font size to 12 px.

    If that is the case, you should paste in the texts of all the pages again. Here is an instruction on how to paste them in correctly so that they aren’t formatted anymore.

    @terrathemes,

    You are correct, some of these pages were copied and pasted.
    Now the process of manually going through, but I’m glad you found it now before the site was completed.
    As I’ve said numerous times, thanks for the support as this issue is now resolved!
