Could you us provide screenshots of which text elements you want to modify?

I want both categories, questions, and answer in smaller font.

You can use the following Custom CSS to solve this issue:

.ufaq-faq-category-title > h4, .ufaq-faq-title-text > h4 {
	font-size: 19px;
}
