    Thanks for everything.

I have set up my email as HTML email using BetterPayment’s email settings and typed the text in the “Message” field.

In the HTML email I actually received, the font of the “Message” sentence is very small and there is no line break.

I tried to put some HTML code in the “Message” field (P tags and br tags), but it was not reflected.

Is it possible to change the appearance of this Message text in an HTML email?

    Thank you in advance.

I am Japanese and I am translating, so my English may be strange!

    Hi @1wweb

    I hope you are fine.

I understand your scenario, but, for security concern, HTML attributes like P, heading tag, break </br> etc, can not be used in the email message, if it used, we escape this attributes for security concern recommended from the WordPress. So, for your case its not working accordingly.
But, I have forwarded your scenario to our dev team, we will try to figure out an alternative solution.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the quick response!

    I understand!

As it is now, it’s very unobtrusive.

It would be nice to be able to set the font size in the settings!

    Thanks!

Let me know how its going.

    Thanks & regards
