    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We visited your site and didn’t find our Visitors Online plugin installed. We investigated your site and found out that you are using WP Statistics (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-statistics/) plugin instead to display the widget. Please contact their official support service.

    Of course, we can also help you with your problem, if you really need this. This is a paid service. Our specialist also need some time to investigate this 3rd party plugin and make the required changes.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft support Team

    Thank you for your response.
    2 days after my post I’ve disabled it and installed another one.
    I’ll install it again on a test site and repost the results.
    Thanks

    OK,
    https://test.axiosil.org
    This is my test site (ugly but has all plugins as as my live site)
    As you can see on a page or blog the fonts are big and on the forum page (a page with a wpForo forum shotcode) it is nicely aligned and matching fonts size.

    I opened it for you to examine and will be locked in few days again.
    In addition, can you remove the “:” since it does not comply with RTL and the other plugin works well as far as positioning the “:” at the right location for RTL.
    Thank you

    Hi,

    We visited your site and found out that this issue is related to your theme and wpForo plugin.
    wpForo plugin styles are applied only on the main page, text size is set to 13px. Text size on the single page is set by your theme styles to 16px.

    This can be fixed easily by using custom CSS styles.
    Please go to the plugin settings page, open “Custom code” tab, mark the “Activate” option in the “Editing bws-custom-code.css” section, and add the following code:

    .visitors-online .visitors-online-block {
        font-size: 13px;
        line-height: 20px;
    }

    Please let us know about the results.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft support Team

    Works!
    Now I can control the font size.
    Follow-up question –
    Can you remove the “:” so it will be compatible with RTL and LTR?
    I’ll try to translate to Hebrew but only the front-end.
    Thank you
