Font size for widget titles

    I wrote to you about this before, and somehow we fixed the issue, but reading that thread does not seem to help me at this point. All of the titles to all of my widgets need to have the font size larger, and a different background color. It was all fixed and fantastic before this latest update, and it all disappeared, so now I am trying to put it back together. My website is https://www.rapidandistrictruritan.com/. How can I change the titles of all of the widgets so that the font is larger, and how can I change the background color of all of those widgets?
