Font size has shrunk on my dashboard

I was working on my site and went over to google keyword search, came back to put in my keywords and the font size on the dashboard and site had shrunk. I’ve tried doing control + 0 but that has no effect. I have another site which hasn’t been affected so it’s not my browser (chrome). Any ideas how to fix this?
