Font size in different browsers
-
By day I’m a software engineer but by night I just want to blog – I don’t want to code – so I want to use a canned theme, with only the most minimal tweaks, say to add my own image or something. I’m running WP 2.2 on HostMySite.com and they have a selection of themes to choose from.
The problem I’m seeing is that the font sizes are radically different in Firefox and IE. Here’s a screenshot of the WordPress Classic theme . . .

The other canned themes I saw there were about the same. Typically font sizes were between 50% and 2X different between the two browsers (IE set to “medium” text size, FF set to “Normal”).I’ve tried this on two different PC’s so far.
Obviously I can adjust MY browsers to match by playing around with their settings, but I have no control over what visitors to my blog do. So are there any themes that produce more consistent results between FF and IE, over the last few rev’s of those browsers?
