Font size in Footer Widget Area 1

I am trying to add Heading and Paragraph into Footer Widget Area 1 using WordPress Gutenberg for Footer.
Font size in Footer Widget Area 1 is the only function that can be changed for Desktop. Not found for Tablet and Mobile. How to make the size of Heading and Paragraph characters in Footer Widget Area 1 bigger for Mobile and Tablet.?To increase the font size for mobile and tablet with Gutenberg in Footer Widget Area 1, there is no option.
