font size in tooltip in WP-Fullcalendar too small

You can try adding the following CSS under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. You can adjust the font-size and line-height to the values that you would prefer.

.ui-tooltip.qtip .ui-tooltip-content {
    font-size: 16px !important;
    line-height: 1.3 !important;
}
