You can choose a few different font sizes by selecting a different style:

Otherwise, you’ll have to make specific changes via HTML in the HTML editor tab (as opposed to the Visual editor tab):

Note, the above linked to documents are specific to WordPress.com, but should easily translate to your version of WordPress, give or take a few minor details.
