    Hi Paul,

    Testimonials Widget is purposely been kept simple & lightly styled to match with the theme’s styling and it doesn’t leave too much of a footprint on the site, with small CSS file. However, to customize as per your need please read the link How to Change styling or debug CSS in the FAQ section.

    Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks

    Thank you for your reply. I wanted to make sure there was not a setting to do this.

    If anyone else wants the answer, I put this in my child=theme’s style.css file:

    .testimonials-widget-testimonial p {
    font-style: italic;
    }

    That worked like a charm.

    Glad that you figured it out. Thanks for sharing the CSS code here.
