    Thanks for installing our plugin.
    I’ve checked the link you’ve shared.
    Actually, The font-awesome icons of our plugin are being overridden by the svg icons in your active theme. That’s why you’re facing this issue.

    Please try our plugin with another theme.

    I talked to the developer of my theme (Jumpstart 2) and they said that you are still using Fontawesome 4, not 5, which the theme is using.

    They provided a rather long process to get Fontawesome 4 working, too, but I don’t want to go through all that for one page with a timeline. Will you be moving to 5 in the future?

    We’ll add font-awesome 5 in next update of our plugin.

    If you want to use Font-awesome 5 right now, Please comment Line Numbers 72 and 449 in below mentioned file of Cool Timeline plugin :

    Cool Timeline > includes > cool-timeline-shortcode
