Font options are missing in typography settings

Hello, I have recently made the switch to host my WordPress with a web hosting provider. I originally was building my website on wordpress.com. I have exported the pages on my previous website and imported on the new host using wp toolkit.

I have encountered a problem with choosing fonts on my pages as well as having the ‘customise’ option on the new website. When choosing fonts – it only appears ‘system default’ and no other fonts to choose from. I’m not sure if its because the theme I’m using is only compatible with wordpress.com but I uploaded the theme onto the new host which works fine, its just I am lacking font family options and site customizer. The theme I’m using is Blank Canvas 1.0.10 which I downloaded from wordpress.com and uploaded onto the new host.

I have installed a new WordPress site with the default theme to test having the fonts options and it appears that i can choose multiple fonts.
