• I stuck with the initial default font settings from installation and I had no problems until last month even after editing a few blocks. Fonts were displaying properly from the back and front end.

After checking the website last week I noticed the fonts weren’t loading. Didn’t check using the editor because I just assumed there must be something wrong with the server or cache (happened to me before and resolved spontaneously) so I let it pass.

I visited again earlier today to find the fonts still not loading. Opened up the editor – fonts still not loading. I tried changing the template font to Helvetica – still not loading nor changing to Helvetica.

I’m just a regular person with minimal knowledge about websites and coding (?) or troubleshooting so my apologies in advance if I cannot understand everything you say but Ill do my best. Thank you very much in advance!

P.S. Im not sure if I should open a different topic for this one but I noticed that the wordpress editor for the same page (home page) has content from a previous old layout but doesnt display on the Zeever themed home page so I edit the Zeever home page content via a different menu/interface. Is this normal?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @avamistosomd

You can remove this CSS file to solve this issue, the CSS file is chaced to load the local font which does not exist.

Let me know if the issue persisted.

    Thank you.

Good day thank you very much for your reply.

I have tried deleting the CSS file via the hosting server file manager. However:

    1. Upon reloading the website, the font issue still has not resolved.
    2. Upon refreshing and reloading the file manager directory, the same CSS file has been automatically generated.

In line with this, I do wish to continue using the same fonts as before (which for some reason suddenly did not exist as it has been working perfectly fine a few months ago). Are there any other workaround options available? Thank you very much!

    Hi @avamistosomd

In this case, you can try to modify the content of the CSS file via the hosting server file manager and replace the content using this CSS code below with the correct path to your font.
    CSS code:

    Thank you.

I tried this and this worked the first time.

After a few months (and not doing anything else with the website) I’m having the same problems again and I tried repeating the same steps multiple times to no avail. I’d really appreciate if you can help me resolve this issue.

    Thank you very much,

    Hi @avamistosomd

Try replacing on this file instead:
    36b1bc3a8a9fdea4cbe635e22ab2ca26.css

It seems the css file name has changed
