Fonts get a little crazy with latest WP update

After page loads, it looks correct for about a second, then the page twitches, then my icons and fonts change, to make it stranger, elements of the page reset by just moving the cursor over them (duplicated in IE and Chrome). Could be a conflict with the updates in mb.miniAudioPlayer plugin or update 4.1.1 from WordPress.
Troubleshooting leads me to this plugin, if I disable ESV CrossRef, problem goes away.
Would like to be able to keep this plugin though. At this point I have to leave it disabled.
