    Hi!

    Sorry for the late reply.

Judging from the URLs, you’ve entered the CDN URL incorrectly.

Make sure you include the protocol (https://) in the CDN URL option, save changes, and run the optimization process again.

Let me know how it goes!

    Daan,
Thanks for jumping in to help.

I deployed https:// before the cdn url. Flushed the litespeed cache. Flushed the OMGF cache and hit the sve button. Still my web paages arent showing the google fonts.

    Update to you.

Fonts have come in! ALl I did was disable CSS Combine, Generate Critical CSS tabs from the Litespeed Plugin. Cleared cache and then ran the optimization OMGF. BUT…. now the total font size is 1.06MB on the page and growing, while rest of the stuff on the page is less than 0.5Mb!

    Ah, awesome!

It looks like your preloading all your fonts, or at least a lot? You should only preload fonts that’re used above the fold.

Yes Daan! you’re right. I unselected all the fonts from pre-load. Size of fonts went down from 1.06 MB to 486KB!

I am wondering what is the next colum for the one that is titled “Do not load”? If I select any checkboxes in this column then those fonts dont load at all?

And the Preload column checkboxes are to pre-load the fonts. If none are selected the required fonts load on their own in enqued order?

    Exactly!

Take a look at the manual, it’ll help you figure out what the best way to go is for your website: https://ffw.press/docs/omgf-pro/user-manual/
