Fonts loading incorrectly on front end – fatal error

  • Hi there,

    across my staging website and normal website, there recently appears to be a problem with my fonts. It does not show correctly, but rather it shows in bold on the front end. When i click “Customize” it then shows normal when the customize panel is open.

    When i disable all plugins and debug this is what i get:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “Kirki” not found in /home/db/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/mytheme/framework/class-customize.php:59 Stack trace: #0

    I had a look at my Theme developers demo website, and the same issue appears to be there. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?

    My theme developer is not being much help unfortunately so I am reaching out on my own.
