Fonts missed polish letters

    Hello, i have issue with polish letters (?, ? ) in my Ocean WP theme.

    When i go to theme option, i see the site with no issue (the site looks fine and have polish letters) but on site issue is still is.

    I can repair that with manualy change every line with that problem, but i suppose its better solution
