    Once again, my custom fonts have gone. Some SSL plugin updated overnight, and this morning my fonts are gone. I’ve cleared out my SG cache and still … nothing. Do I have to change to another product? This is too discouraging, once a month!

    @gbergan ,

    Please set Absolute path to Yes from our settings tab. And then clear your cache.

    This should fix the issue once for all. Also, please let me know when you have done so that i can verify it from here.

    Thanks

    I’ve already done that. I did it months ago, and just confirmed again. There is something else going wrong that is very buggy here.

    @gbergan,

    So far i can’t see absolute path being set there. May be you are using multiple cache plugin ? One from your hosting provider and one you like ?

    Thanks

    @gbergan ,

    Also have you cleared the cache using SG Optimizer settings page. https://tinyurl.com/y5mscsqp

    Also, if you had changed your site url, please make sure you remove the key and activate it again. Our plugin re-writes the css file if it finds the activated site url and current url is different.

    Thanks

    Clearing the cache in the SG Optimizer seems to have worked. Do I always have to babysit this thing? Is there a custom font plugin out there where I don’t have to constantly monitor this?

    I have not changed my site URL.
