[NSFW] fonts use / swap / remove?

for google pagespeed / core web vitals / FOIT – I see you mentioned to another user that we can use the:
font-display: swap;

Should I assume this is within style.css where that should be?

Also – I notice that this themes loads fontawseome and themegrill fonts I think..
1. where are these used (all i can find is social icons via options for social icons) – if that is the case I assume we can just remove the loading of these entirely and nothing will be an issue for most? If so – good way to remove the loading of these?

2. – I may use fontawesome via one of the plugins with posts/pages – but if you are loading fontawesome (and if we can’t find an easy way to remove that loading) – is there a way to use fontawesome within posts/blocks since you all are loading them?

I’d actually prefer something similar to fontello where we can choose exactly which fonts we may use and make a custom self hosted option that is small – but perhaps just removing the extra loading and using swap will work in the short term.
