Foo Gallery Mobile displays upside down

Thank you for your patience as we investigated this issue.

Upon further examination, we suspect that the problem may be caused by specific image metadata, resulting in image rotation on mobile devices. To verify this, we recommend stripping the metadata from one or more of the affected images and then testing them again in the gallery.

You can use the following online tool to remove the metadata: Exif Remover

Please try this and let us know what you do observe.

I tried what you suggested. I deleted all of the photos in my Foo Gallery. Then I used the website you suggested and stripped the metadata. I reloaded them into FooGallery, but the result is the same.

Actually, it’s hard to see, but it appears that the entire page flips over in Mobile view. I thought it was just the Foo Gallery.

Thanks for that feedback.

If the entire page is flipping, then this is and issue that’s not caused by FooGallery, but is affecting your FooGallery galleries on that page.

I would suggest you get in touch with your developer who will be able to find out what’s the root cause of this. Thanks.
