    Hi There,

Something weird is happening with my Foo Gallery.
I have my galleries set up correctly in the FOO Gallery.
All the photos are grouped in order in their individual galleries.
When I add a Foo Gallery in my Virtue Page Builder, the galleries are cross-mixing so different galleries are showing in one gallery folder.

    Please help! Very Confusing!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Can anyone help me?

Or is this kind of support only available to paying members?

I would possibly pay if my problem could be solved and I had full confidence that this plugin works properly.

This forum is not monitoring all day, every day. Support is for all plugin users.
I do not fully understand what your problem is and looking at your page I cannot see the issue. Please explain what you are expecting VS what I see on the page now.

BTW – you have 2 lightbox plugins on the page which is causing a double popup (these are not part of FooGallery).

    Hi Brad,

    Thanks for getting back!
If you click on one of the galleries (one of the pictures), you will see that the galleries are cross-mixing. E.g. There are Emerald Resort gallery photos in the Vaal Wine Route gallery – not how I set it up! In my galleries, the photos are in perfect order. As soon as I add the FOO gallery to the page my photos from different galleries cross-mix.

    ANY NEWS?

I am having the same issue (case opened at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/lightbox-displaying-images-from-multiple-galleryes/) and I suspect it’s the same.

If FooGallery is opening a lightbox that’s included with your theme, multiple galleries on the same page will load all images into the same lightbox, which is a total pain.

If, however, you install FooBox and set each gallery to open in FooBox, then they will be segmented properly. You’d have to manually disable your theme’s lightbox or try FooGallery’s setting to disable it.

Thanks! I bought FOO BOX and uninstalled my other lightbox plugins and it works now. I just don’t know why there’s a double pop up.

    Check it:

@sonicsupernova – there is still 2 lightboxes showing on your page. I took at a look at your theme’s code and it is loading the magnific popup. Ask your theme developer if there is a way to disable the lightbox via their theme settings.

You can also try enabling the “Deregister Other Lightbox Files” setting under FooBox Settings as a last resort
