Foo Gallery search

    Hello,

    I’m currently trying out the free version of Ajax Search, and it looks great.

    I see that two of the post types to search are Foogalleries and fooalbums, but it’s not coming up with any results from either. I added pages and posts as a test, and it does work for those.

    Do I need to do something special for the Foo Gallery to be searched?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your kind words!

    The most likely reason is that those post types are embedded (non-viewable) and are very likely used to store additional data. In this case I guess those are the galleries, which are likely have to be embedded to different posts or pages, but not viewable as a single items.

    Ok. I guess I assumed since it recognized those post types that there was some special hook there.

    All of the gallery items are in the media library. And it seems I can’t search media unless I go pro. Which is fine, your prices are very reasonable. I will purchase and work with things from there.
