foobox link doesn't open on responsive devices

Hi, this question is for the premium version of FooBox HTML & Media Lightbox. Let me know if I should be posting this support question elsewhere.

One of our clients wants to use this link to prompt Foobox to open on a particular page (the video appears on this page in NextGen Gallery): https://www.lakealmanorbroker.com/property-videos/#foobox-4/0/m22zapq8th0

This works fine on desktop view, but when this link is opened on a mobile device (iPhone 6), Foobox won’t open until the gallery image is clicked on the screen. Even though the correct URL appears in the address bar, by default it appears the same as the page without the deep link: https://www.lakealmanorbroker.com/property-videos/
