I am using FooBox to display some images in the lightbox. The problem is, I need the automatic function, because I am using the Divi theme, so for the image, I can only put in a URL, and am not able to do all the code for the caption.

It works great with just having the link be to an image, but the caption is always the file name of the image. (So it has dashes, no spaces, etc…)
I have a caption, description, title, alt, but FooBox only shows the file name.

I then disabled captions in the FooBox settings. That worked fine, no more file name. But…Then I started setting up a FooGallery using FooBox for the lightbox gallery. So now, I am not able to use my captions (or descriptions, etc..) in the FooGallery. So I had to turn the captions back on in FooBox settings.

Is there something I am missing, or does FooBox just only show the file name of an image and has no capability to grab the caption without the special tag code?
    Thanks for any ideas!

    Hi @delta3030

Could you kindly share a page where FooBox is being used to open images in the lightbox and it’s showing the image title/name instead of the captions so that I can look at this and test it out before I can advise further? Thanks in advance for doing so.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.
