But I cannot find a gallery made with FooGallery.

You also mention you want the most recently updated gallery to show first, but I cannot find an album on the page either.

It looks like that page is a static list of galleries that you have put on a page.
Unfortunately there is no album that lists galleries one after the other like that.

You could create an album template that does that, but that would require some coding skills.
