    Dear All,

I recently noticed that after an update my FooGallery is no longer displayed on my page for some reason. It is in the editing area – but it is no longer displayed on the page. Maybe one of you can help me out.

    Here are the details:
    Link: https://weyer-gruppe.com/weyer-spezial-weyer-gruppe/
    Theme: Pinboard (version 1.1.12)
    WordPress: 4.9.6
    FooGallery: 1.4.7

    Many, many thanks in advance!
    Maresa

    hi

I had a look at your page. There are many mixed content errors if you look at the developer console in chrome. These errors could be due to you recently moving your site over to HTTPS? In any case, you should resolve these errors.

To get FooGallery working regardless, goto FooGallery Settings -> Advanced Tab and enable “Custom Ready Event” and save, then try loading the page again

Thank you so much for your message!

Unfortunately I can’t say anything about the content errors. I took over the management of the website last week from my predecessor and I’m just starting to get used to it.

Unfortunately I can’t see the “Custom Ready Event” checkbox under “Advanced”. I just see “Enable Debugging”, “Full Uninstall” and “Force Upgrade”. Is it because I am not using the latest version of FooGallery?

    Thank you in advance!

    Many greetings
    Maresa

    Hey @bradvin

Do you have any idea how we could solve the problem or what else could cause it?

Thank’s for your time and support!

hi @katjas – you probably do not have the latest version of the plugin if you do not see that option. Please update to the latest and try again.

    hi @igirasagre

I had a look at you gallery here : https://igirasagre.altervista.org/galleria/festa-ra-scaccia-a-ragusa/ and the problem is not being caused by FooGallery.

If you look at the developer console you will see many 400 errors. An example of this is coming from : https://i1.wp.com/igirasagre.altervista.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/20180701_185959.jpg

If you open that image in a new tab it says “too many redirects”.

Unfortunately this is outside of the scope of FooGallery plugin. I would log a ticket with Jetpack, as it seems to be a config issue with the photon extension in Jetpack

    Thank you @bradvin,
    I’ll try to do this!

Solved, for me, deactivating the photon extension in jetpack ??

    Thank’s so much, @bradvin!

It’s solved for me too. I updated to the latest version, enabled “Custom Ready Event” and the Gallery is displayed again ?? at least in Explorer and Firefox – in Chrome the Gallery is still not shown. Do you have any idea why?

    Thank’s again!
