    Hi David,

    Yes, you have some javascript errors on your shop page that is causing issues.
    Having a look at your source, it seems you have 3 different versions of jQuery loaded on the page, so the lightbox is getting confused as to which verion of jquery to load into. It sould be your theme or a plugin that is loading these extra jquery versions, but it is impossible to tell from the source. I would try deactivating all your plugins except the essentials, and test if it works. Then activate the plugins one at a time, until you find the culprits
