"?foogallery=gallery-name" URLs in Search Console Crawl Errors

I have noticed that in Search Console (Webmaster Tools) crawl errors some foogallery URLs are listed – of this type:
www.domain.com/?foogallery=gallery-name
they all return 404 not found pages.How does google get to crawl these URLs and is this a bug in foogallery?
