Absolutely! You can use CSS like this to make the font smaller:

.site-info {
    font-size: 10px;
}

If you’d like, you can hide it completely instead:

.site-info {
    display: none;
}

To add either of those bits of CSS, you can use the Additional CSS panel in the Customizer (assuming you’re running at least WordPress 4.7) or with something like the Jetpack Plugin using the Custom CSS Module.
