Footer 4 Template

Hi there,
Our client wants to edit the content within the 4th column.
They are currently using the Widgets Boxes Template.
Looking at your documentation, I need to switch to Footer 4 Template.

Having also read the following link, it appears Footer 4 might not be a selectable option.

It suggests that I use the already present Widget Areas, of which there are only 3.The screen shot in the Footer 4 Template shows text above the social icons, suggesting the 4th column would be editable.
