  • Hello Eyekadius,

    I understand you are asking about placing the widgets in the footer. It can be done from Appearance->Widgets.
    Just drag your desired widget from the left to boxes on the right. The widgets will be loaded next time the theme is loaded.
    For footer, just drag the widget to the space where you want the wodget to appear.

    i have the widgets in place , what i had in mind was moving the stuff like email sub and facebook twitter to the actual footer as in the footer.php i guess.

    Hi to Move social icons to the Footer you need to Edit the contents of header.php. Copy the social Icons code and move it to Footer.php. But, you are on your own here. Do this is u have minimal HTML/CSS knowledge.

    Also, if you want an exmail subscription option. You could enable jetpack and add its email subscribe to any of the footer widgets.
