Footer

I am trying to alter the footer text. I have looked in previous posts, but do not see the code I’m supposed to alter in my footer.php. Could someone please look at my code for footer.php and tell me what I need to change? I’ve broken it about 100 times, and I’m going cross eyed looking at it!
