    Hey,

    I use Blocksy theme by creative themes.

    Now I have a problem which is:
    I put a logo to a widget area in the global footer, but a few hours later it always dissapears.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Hmm… this is really weird as this shouldn’t happen. What 3rd party plugins are you running? Some might interfere with the ability to properly customise and save the changes to the database.

    How are you adding the image in the footer?
    With the help of the text widget and add media button?

    Hello @ahorgasz,
    I just double tested this on my end and everything works fine, the image is displayed properly.

    Could you please ad an image again and deactivate all your plugins one by one, maybe this way we will find out what plugins is conflicting here.

    Let us know if you find out what’s causing this.
